Usagi Otoko Tora Otoko

A university hospital doctor named Uzuki encounters and rescues a wounded Yakuza member named Nonami from an alley. The following day, Nonami arrives at the hospital, causing Uzuki fear that he will be threatened for witnessing the injury. Instead, Nonami, having misheard Uzuki's name as "Suzuki," believes him to be a woman and compels a younger Yakuza associate to be hospitalized in order to locate this supposed "Suzuki." The timid doctor and the powerful Yakuza member become entangled in a situation involving mistaken identity and unexpected developments.
