A boy named Masato Teruya has a crush on his classmate, Emi Takanashi, and plans to confess to her. However, he struggles with a habit of lying when embarrassed, which prevents him from speaking his truth. After discovering an old doll sealed in a box, he becomes cursed. Whenever he lies, his nose grows—not on his face, but elsewhere. The more lies he tells, the longer it becomes. He fears what others might think if they saw his unusual condition. The story follows his attempts to manage the curse while pursuing his confession. The manga is presented in both long-strip and traditional formats, with nine episodes and three chapters.
