Uzugami - Bunretsu Zoushoku Ningen

Satoru Takeichi, known as Ichigo, is a sawmill worker who loses the tip of his right little finger in an accident. He and coworkers search for the severed part but fail to locate it. After receiving medical care and spending several days in the hospital, he returns to his apartment and discovers another version of himself living there. A peculiar coexistence between the two begins.
