Vigilante: Boku no Hero Academia ILLEGALS

In a society where most possess superpowers, not all who act against crime are licensed heroes. Some take justice into their own hands, operating outside the law as vigilantes. Koichi Haimawari, who failed to become an official hero, uses his limited abilities to help others on his own. After confronting local criminals, he joins forces with two others who also lack formal hero training. Together, they attempt to make a difference, though they lack experience and clear direction. They quickly learn that heroism requires more than just determination.
