A young violinist named Reiji, shaped by a difficult upbringing, finds solace in music and enters an elite music academy. There, he meets Mitsuko, a former aspiring musician whose ambitions were cut short by an accident. Mitsuko's lively attitude contrasts with Reiji's focused determination, yet they share a mutual drive toward musical achievement. Their relationship is tested by growing competition within the music scene, and Reiji's inner struggles add depth to the narrative. The series also includes a short story titled "Spica" in its final volume.
