Wand of Fortune

Lulu is a cheerful girl full of aspirations, inspired by her grandmother's magic and determined to become a magician herself. In a society where magic requires an innate element, Lulu lacks one, making her goal difficult to achieve. She attends the prestigious Mils Clare Academy in the magical city of Latium, where she faces daily challenges in trying to awaken an inner element. Unusual friends start to gather around her, and she frequently finds herself in various amusingly troublesome situations. The story is adapted from a popular otome game by Otomate and is now presented in manga form.
