Wangjuede Siyou Baobei

A young woman regains consciousness in a hotel room with a man on top of her, recalling only sharing a drink with her sister. Though she avoids further danger, she later discovers she is pregnant. After collapsing following the birth, she awakens to find her stepsister and stepmother missing from the hospital.
