Komugi Kusunoki moves to rural Hokkaido after experiencing trauma in the city. On her first day at her new school, Yū Ōgami, a popular student, comments that she smells nice. As she tries to settle in, Komugi discovers Yū sleeping under a tree and tries to wake him, only to witness him transform into a wolf. Yū is one of several unusual boys in her grade, and Komugi is the sole person aware of their hidden identities.
