Watashi wa Kishidan no Cheat na Kouchashi desu!

A 20-year-old named Yura is taken against her will and regains memories of her past life. She is wrongly accused of being a witch in a kingdom that is supposedly destroyed by one in the endgame. Concerned about becoming the final antagonist, she discovers a power within her that is more akin to making black tea than casting spells. Taking advantage of this ability, she sets up a tea shop in the castle of the knights where she is staying. Using her black tea, she manages to influence and pacify demons. Her goal is to do everything she can to save the kingdom.
