问棺
A woman who leads a group of tomb robbers from the north discovers a baby inside a coffin during an expedition. The coffin bears the character "Jiu," and the woman and her partner name the child Song Shijiu. They raise her among their group, unaware of a past connection between them. A tradition involves knocking on a coffin three times—once to inquire about its origin, once about its destination, and once to offer rest and refreshment before departure.
