Niinuma, a man prone to daydreaming, becomes infatuated with Obata, a high-achieving coworker. During their first night together, Niinuma discovers a contrasting side of Obata's personality. Confused but unable to resist, he gives in to the passionate relationship. However, he later hears a rumor about Obata, leaving Niinuma to question which version of Obata—the composed professional or the intense, hidden self—is genuine.
