When a creature called a "Flower-Thief" attacks a girl named Jechika, a boy named Maxi uses a prohibited ARM weapon to defend her, leading to his expulsion from the city for violating technology laws. Accompanied by Jechika and a florist named Gi, Maxi ventures into the wilds on a journey to restore the planet's natural balance and revive the earth.
