Yi Kui is a demon who feeds on dreams, particularly drawn to the most intense nightmares. He encounters Lin You, a new student known for having especially vivid and enticing nightmares. Yi Kui attempts to use his supernatural charm to connect with Lin You, but his usual methods fail. Forced to rely on more conventional means, he struggles to win Lin You’s attention. The situation becomes complicated as Yi Kui’s goal of consuming Lin You’s dreams clashes with the growing need to interact with him in a more personal way.
