In a future where enhanced "hybrid" humans oversee society, a tomboy named Mina begins to develop psychic abilities. After a boy falls into a coma following eye contact with her, it becomes evident that Mina's potential runs deeper than her appearance suggests. The boy, Hinchang, matures into a reckless individual whose unspoken affection for Mina motivates him to act when dangerous outsiders arrive, bringing conflict from the hybrid world.
