Yagami-kun no Katei no Jijou

Yūji struggles with feelings for his mother, Nomi, who appears much younger than her actual age. His high school teacher also harbors an interest in her, though Nomi remains unaware and openly affectionate toward her husband. Yūji's friends mock him for his so-called "mother complex." On Valentine's Day, he receives a chocolate gift with a name that can be interpreted as a boy's name, leading to further teasing. After school, he meets the sender, a girl named Mayuki, at the school gate. She begins walking with him daily, and they eventually start dating. The story continues with their relationship developing and Yūji working through his emotional issues.
