A girl named Linda lives in poverty and has spent the past decade searching for her missing mother. One day, her father returns with a map showing the location of Rumpelstiltskin's home. Enraged, Linda burns the map and passes out. Upon waking, she discovers she is now the daughter of a nobleman in a different world. The story explores whether Linda can locate her mother and return to her original life.
