Yakozen

Chie, who has known Monji since childhood, is struggling with a relationship where her feelings are not returned in kind. The man she loves treats her affection lightly and does not take things seriously, leading her to emotional distress, which Monji helps her through. Later, after spending time with three of his male friends, Monji prepares to leave with Chiba, who appears somewhat indifferent. Chiba, however, leads Monji toward a love hotel, making Monji visibly uneasy. It is revealed that Monji had confessed his feelings to Chiba, but Chiba does not seem interested in a committed relationship, mirroring Chie's situation, and appears only interested in casual encounters.
