Yamamoto-kun no Seishun Revenge!

Ryuga Yamamoto is a high school student suffering from a rare condition called "DeBS," which has caused him to weigh over 130 kilograms. His appearance leads to bullying at school, work, and within his family. Despite this, he maintains a positive attitude with the support of a small group of friends. After assisting a classmate, he is presented with a potential treatment for his illness. He travels to America alone for a year to receive an experimental therapy involving painful procedures under the guidance of Dr. Kashiwagi, a brilliant doctor. The story explores Ryuga's journey as he attempts to lose weight and improve his life.
