Four fifteen-year-old boys reside in a luxurious mansion under the condition that they help transform the owner's niece into a refined young woman within three years. The niece, Sunako Nakahara, is reclusive, agoraphobic, and uninterested in fashion. She prefers horror movies and has a physical reaction of nosebleeds when encountering attractive people. The task proves more difficult than anticipated, requiring more effort than the boys originally expected. The story includes a special chapter titled "Sunako no Otsukai" found in Volume 5.
