In the anime everyone loves, the noble Zenon Restinatra exists to lose, a pathetic bit player the hero pummels before moving on. So it is something of a shock when an ordinary fan of the show opens his eyes inside Zenon's body. The world around him is unmistakably the anime, and casting his first spell turns out to be more fun than he ever imagined. Armed with that enthusiasm, he sets out to rewrite the miserable ending waiting for him.
