Yankano!

A new student named Masato Takasaka arrives at a school populated by delinquents where rivalries exist between student activity committees. His hopes for a calm school experience and gentle interactions with students are quickly shattered when he encounters Onizuka, the school's proclaimed queen, while walking through a hallway.
