Yatoware Kon: Reitetsu Shachou wa Keiyaku Tsuma wo Amaku Aisu

Sayo, a full-time housekeeper and sole provider for her family of four, loses her job when her employer moves abroad. After a low point, her brother suggests an interview, which turns out to be an arranged marriage meeting with Arima Junya, scion of a major company. To help her family, Sayo agrees to become Junya's contract wife under his terms. Initially distant, Junya displays moments of awkward kindness and grows drawn to Sayo's sincerity. The arrangement is meant to last a year, but things take an unexpected turn.
