Kanami has built a polished, comfortable existence as a housewife in a Minato Ward high-rise, until the morning she opens her eyes in someone else's body. The body, she realizes with horror, belongs to her husband's mistress. Rushing home, she finds the other woman wearing her face and sitting beside her husband as though nothing has changed, and understands that unless she reclaims what is hers she will lose everything. Then a stranger appears with an unsettling piece of news: there are at least three other women, and one of them has yet to show her hand.
