A high school student named Shen Zhongyi discovers that the girl he likes is an alien working for the Galaxy Customer Service Department. This organization handles incidents involving alien tourists on Earth, often resolving them by erasing or altering human memories, and in some cases, eliminating individuals. To prevent his own memories of her from being erased and to protect himself, Shen joins the department, despite the risks involved.
