Yoshio no Seishun, Betsuri

A short story compendium by Yoshiharu Tsuge published in 1998 by Shinchosha, gathering fourteen pieces drawn from magazines such as Gendai Comic, Yagyou, Young Comic, Weekly Manga Sunday, Custom Comic and COMIC Baku across the 1970s and 1980s. The selection includes Kani, the dreamlike Yume no Sanpo, Natsu no Omoide, Geshuku no Koro, Jiken, the multi-part title piece Yoshio no Seishun, Yoru ga Tsukamu, Komatsu Misaki no Seikatsu, Soto no Fukurami, Hissatsu Surume Katame, Mado no Te, Yamori, Umi e and the closing two-part Betsuri, offering a cross-section of Tsuge's reflective, often dreamlike shorter work.
