Youheidan no Ryouriban

A young man named Azuma Shuri dreams of becoming a chef and one day finds himself transported to another world. He is taken in by Gungrave, the leader of a mercenary group. Initially working as an errand boy, Shuri slowly enhances his cooking abilities and proves his value by preparing meals that appeal to the varied tastes of the squad leaders. He also assists with engineering tasks and offers support in personal matters. Over time, he becomes a crucial member of the mercenary corps. At this point, however, he is unaware that he is destined to become the Hero.
