Youkai Shoujo: Monsuga

Nishizuru Yatsuki is a regular young man who has finished school, holds a part-time job, and has never been in a romantic relationship. He possesses the rare ability to see yokai spirits, which he typically ignores. His routine changes when he encounters a mysterious woman named Rokka. Suddenly, he becomes responsible for protecting several attractive supernatural beings from unknown threats.
