Youkai Tanteidan

A mental hospital experiences a string of patient disappearances. The Yokai Club, led by Drome, an Arab wizard serving as president, consists of outcasts such as psychopaths, monsters, and ghosts. They abduct mentally ill patients and recruit them as members. Ken-chan, the nephew of the hospital director, Mr. Mustachio, goes undercover in the club and discovers their plan to make the entire world lose their minds. After escaping, Ken-chan meets Sachiko Sarutobi, the target of the club, and informs her of their intentions. Sachiko possesses a unique inherited trait that enables her to use ninjutsu. The club orchestrates various events designed to push people toward insanity. Drome's influence reaches Mr. Mustachio, but Sachiko intervenes, initiating a confrontation between her ninjutsu and Drome's magic.
