Youkoso Arisawa ka e

Seijirou, a 40-year-old former salaryman, leaves his job after taking blame for a subordinate's mistake. During a job interview, he meets Taishi, a 12-year-old boy who leads the influential Arisawa family. Seijirou is captured and made to serve the family. As he deals with Taishi's difficult behavior, he begins to grasp the challenges faced by someone who cannot enjoy a normal childhood.
