In a world where the "Status Scouter" allows for the measurement and visualization of abilities, a trend has emerged for high-level adventuring parties to expel members with low stats. Eisen, a graduate of the Guild Master Academy, questions this value system and possesses a unique ability called "Appraisal Eye," which lets him see hidden talents in others. He notices that those discarded as weak often have unrecognized skills. Deciding to help, he starts a new guild for these outcasts, accepting them one by one. As the guild grows, it becomes a gathering place for individuals whose abilities cannot be measured by numbers. Meanwhile, the S-ranked parties that ignored these talents find themselves in decline, as their former members prove to be the truly capable ones.
