A newly hired young officer begins work at the recently formed Juvenile Incidents Section Zero. To her surprise, her new partner is someone she previously worked with during her time as a notorious gang leader. The two former delinquents reunite as law enforcement officers, collaborating to support and guide other at-risk youth.
