Yusei Fudo and his companion Sect engage in a fast-paced Turbo Duel on the streets of Satellite, confronting a figure said to be an urban legend. During the duel, Yusei faces the possibility of losing Sect to the Skeleton Knight. Meanwhile, Jack Atlas, who controls New Domino City, appears to have hidden intentions toward Yusei. The story includes two additional chapters.
