Iroha is a shy and anxious high school student who struggles to connect with her classmates. To cope, she confides in Sou, an upperclassman she meets at the library, who offers her consistent encouragement and support. She finds comfort in their conversations, which take place outside of school, and begins to see him as a source of happiness. However, when a classmate uncovers her secret, the nature of her relationship with Sou comes into question. Is he truly the ideal companion she believes, or is her affection based on an illusion?
