Yume no Kodomo

Youji Takashima lives with his older sister, who suddenly announces she is moving to New York for work and leaves Youji in the care of her friend Ren Akishima. Initially, Youji resents Ren, but over time, their relationship improves. As they spend more time together, Youji begins to develop feelings for Ren. Meanwhile, Ren struggles with personal issues from his past. Youji hopes he might be able to help Ren heal.
