Yume no Tsuzuki de Mattete

A girl named Hinagiku Nomura has been seen as unusual by those around her due to the prophetic dreams she has experienced since she was young. In her second year of high school, she decides to transfer to an all-girls boarding school in hopes of finding the "destined woman" who appears in her dreams. After arriving, she faces an issue that prevents her from entering her assigned room and ends up staying with a mysterious and attractive girl named Tsubaki. As time passes, Hinagiku comes to recognize Tsubaki as the figure from her dreams. The dream she had on her first day continues in a way that leads to a startling and intense moment.
