To reduce expenses, the Kusunoki Apartment Building has assigned a new landlord from the property owner's family. Yuuto, the third son, takes on the role of managing the tenants and preparing meals despite being an elementary school student. The story depicts three adult tenants who appear to have little in common, united by the efforts of their young and endearing landlord.
