Yuuraku-chou Obake Dagashiya
幽落町おばけ駄菓子屋
Mijou Kanata, a college student moving to Tokyo, searches for an affordable place to live and meets Nekome Jirou, a real estate agent. Jirou offers a room with a kitchen and toilet for 40,000 yen a month. The price is low for Tokyo, so Kanata agrees and visits the property. Instead of the expected neighborhood, he is led to a version of Yuurakuchou populated by ayakashi. This town exists between the real world and the afterlife.
