Zassou Tensei: Elf no Sato de Taisetsu ni Sodateraretemasu

A character wakes up with no memory, but with status and skills, realizing they might have been reincarnated. They find themselves in a suitable environment for photosynthesis, identifying as a weed. They encounter Sephy, an elf girl who can hear them, and are pulled out and named "Yug." Accepted as a grass spirit, they are raised in a relaxed setting within a high-elf village. However, the elves face persecution and are being driven out. The weed resolves to fight and evolve in order to protect the elves.
