A character named Ryou Sagimiya experiences a condition known as TSS, or Transsexual Syndrome. During a visit to Tensei Academy, Ryou encounters Nagisa Minakami, a fellow student who also has TSS, and chooses to attend the school. The work includes six additional chapters beyond the main story.
