A man named Walker is reborn as an adventurer in a dark fantasy world resembling a manga he once read. He is attacked in a dungeon by a powerful monster and discovers he is not the main character but a doomed side character meant to die with his party. Despite losing a leg and an eye, he fights to save his companions and alters their tragic outcomes. As he adapts to his injuries, the women in his group start behaving oddly toward him.
