Zennou no Noa - The World of Lostmemories

In 2038, a mysterious white light appeared over Tokyo, erasing the memories of over a million people. The cause remains unknown, and no solution has been found. The government created a separate city beneath Tokyo to shelter those affected, calling them "KIDz." Regardless of their actual age, they must be taught from scratch as if they were children. Noa Ikurumi lives in this secluded environment, hoping one day to return to the outside world. His routine is disrupted when he is captured by a terrorist who claims to know something significant about his true identity.
