A high school teacher named Satoru Mizukami discovers three cats and a teenage girl named Mio left on the roadside and brings them home. Mio has little memory of her past but can communicate with the cats and possesses surprising knowledge about otaku culture. These unusual traits are the result of a plan orchestrated by angels from the heavenly realm. The story explores what will happen to Mio, Satoru, and the cats as they navigate this unexpected situation.
