Zero

In 2000, a failed Chinese nuclear experiment caused widespread devastation in Japan. Survivors were relocated to U.S. military bases in Japan to avoid radiation, living under strict routines of work and study. To cope with monotony, an illegal drug known as "Zero" was developed. Use of the drug led to vivid dreams of life as it was in the year 2000. For those born after that time, the visions appeared to show past lives. However, when events spiral out of control, these dream experiences may contain crucial insights.
