Zetsumetsuishi

Milo joins a summer camping trip with eight others at a villa near a lake, a location known for a past mass murder. There, he meets Drill and later encounters an elderly woman who warns him to leave if he wants to survive. The group soon faces a series of violent deaths, with bodies found in flowerpots and a mysterious monster attacking them. The killings mirror past events in the town, linked to the prophecy of the Topi tribe. They experience an endless night, a "test moon," and the magic of the "catastrophe rock." As the group confronts the monster and the consequences of human emotions and desires, they must face the tribe’s grim prophecy. The story includes three additional prototype chapters.
