A high school student named Suderu Koiwa experiences a sudden and violent disruption when he is shot in the face during a school shooting. Afterward, he converses with an angel girl who informs him he will take part in a ceremony the next day. The following morning, life appears unchanged, but that night he is attacked by a monster. The angel girl returns to protect him. Suderu is dead, but to be revived, he must fight monsters, other participants known as "Haikaisurumono," and survive for 30 days. His routine life has transformed into a deadly survival challenge. The "Zodiac Game" has begun.
