Zomia

In the 13th-century capital of the Jin Dynasty, Daxingfu, a former slave boy named Nergui survives a devastating Mongol attack, considered the first air raid in history. Gifted with the ability to learn any language, he loses everything and seeks revenge against the Mongols. Inspired by the words of his friend Bator, Nergui resolves to fight for freedom. Using knowledge as his weapon, he confronts the most powerful empire of his time. The story follows his journey as he combines intellect and determination in a struggle against overwhelming odds.
