Sui Ishida, alternatively known as Sotonami, is a Japanese manga artist. He is best known for his dark fantasy series Tokyo Ghoul, a story about a young man named Ken Kaneki who gets transformed into a ghoul after encountering one. Additionally, he is the character designer and scenario writer for the Switch game Jack Jeanne.

He is also the younger brother of the novel writer Shin Towada.
