A 13-year-old artist that made her debut in the March 2019 Bessatsu Margaret Magazine, which went on sale on February 13. Hoshiki was the winner of Bessatsu Margaret's 609th "Manga School" competition, which is held every month for the purpose of debuting new artists. Her 16-page manuscript, titled The Tidings of Snow (Inshin no Yuki), was published in the magazine.
