She is a Japanese mangaka and doujin writer, who debuted in August 1973 issue of "Bessatsu Margaret" with "The Day I Met the Wind." She has worked under many mangaka, such as Suzue Miuchi, Fusako Kuramochi, Minori Kimura etc. She retired as a commercial mangaka in 1987, at the age of 32, to raise children. But since 2006, she has been part of various Doujin circles. She re-debuted as a mangaka in 2020, with her manga "Rose is born in Shuraba."
