In July 2020, Xiao and Xu Xianzhe were announced to be creating a new manhua based on the Assassin's Creed IP, Assassin's Creed: Dynasty, in development on the manhua started back in 2018 and the two artists has worked closely with Professor Meng Xianshi, who has acted as a historical consultant.
